    Who would have thought Jasper Alberta would have one of the best sushi restaurants in Canada?

    Sorry, but I really don't understand how this place had 5 star ratings. I've had Japanese food all over the world and the freshness and presentation is average at best. I do like that the restaurant only has 12 seats and the friendly service so I'll bump up the rating to 3 stars.

    Best sushi I've ever had in my life. Love Oka.

    Great food and an even better experience. You can enjoy your food as you watch Oka make the sushi in front of you. Try making a reservation as there are only 11 spots. It is located in the lower levels of the fairmont hotel.

    This place is the real deal, an authentic sushi experience. The sushi is some of the freshest and most delicious I have had.
